Login Guide
The MB8MY login process is designed to be fast, secure, and straightforward — whether you're on a laptop at home or a mobile phone on the go. Just enter your username or registered phone number with your password, and you're in your account in under two seconds.
Enter the username or phone number you used when registering your mb8my account, then enter the correct password. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username as the system is character-sensitive. If you use the same device every day, select the "Remember me" option to speed up future logins.
Mb8my uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every login session. That said, account security isn't solely dependent on technology — you play an important role too. Avoid sharing your password with anyone, including friends or family. Use a unique, hard-to-guess password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
We also offer two-factor authentication (2FA) for members who want an added layer of security on their account. With 2FA enabled, every new login will require a verification code sent to your registered phone number — making your account significantly harder for unauthorised parties to access.
Security Tip: Never log in to your mb8my account through links received via SMS, email, or messaging apps. Always type the URL directly or use the official mb8my app.
If you've forgotten your password, the reset process is straightforward. Click the "Forgot password" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number, and you'll receive a verification code within seconds. Once your identity is confirmed, you can set a new password immediately.
Keep the phone number registered to your MB8MY account active and in your possession at all times. This is your primary key to account recovery should any access issues arise.
Logging in through the MB8MY app on Android or iOS is faster than using a standard web browser. The app securely stores your login credentials using your device's private storage system, letting you sign in with just one tap. Download the app via the Download for the best experience.
After a successful login, your account syncs automatically — balance, bonuses, and game history are all updated in real time with no page refresh needed.
The MB8MY system will temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. If this happens, wait a few minutes before trying again or contact our customer support via 24/7 live chat to unlock your account quickly.
Our support team is trained to guide you through identity verification and account recovery quickly. You only need to confirm a few basic details linked to your account to prove ownership.
mb8my will never ask for your account password via live chat, email, or phone. If anyone claims to represent mb8my and requests your password, please report it directly to our security team.
